I am an experienced Wellness Coach specializing in helping "divorced women" with low self worth, trust, and boundary issues due to sexual betrayal from a partner's affair or infidelity to find hope and healing to form new safe and healthy relationships and enjoy life again.
My business is based in Plano, TX
For the past decade, I’ve been on a mission to empower incredible women to triumph over betrayal, leading over 120 of women to incredible transformations. But I’m not just a coach – I’ve also walked the walk, applying the very same 5 secret tools to my own life while raising two incredible children. Step 1: Mindset
- After the initial assessment, I coach clients to investigate the meaning of “mindset” and why it is needed to move forward when learning to make changes in any aspect of your life that is not working.
- In my experience, understanding the importance of mindset and using mindset tools is a foundational part of transforming our circumstances.
- Statistics indicate “when mindset is the first step used for transformation” results deliver a 92% success rate.

- Grace Intel’s coaching trains clients to get clarity around roadblocks and new ways to do life differently. We are here to walk with you when facing anxiety, stress, fear, or doubt.
- Our proprietary training provides a practical proven process to identify right and left brain thinking.
Step 3: Ownership
- For transformation to take place in this process, extreme ownership is non-negotiable. Adopted from the book Extreme Ownership by Jocko Wilkin and Leif Babin.
- Show up coachable and be able to make decisions when asked to move forward. If adjustments need to be made Grace Intel will assist you to adjust .
Step 4 Your Action / Implementation!
With a solid foundation in mindset, a positive attitude, and a commitment to extreme ownership, the next crucial step in the transformation process is taking decisive action. This step involves putting the insights, clarity, and tools gained from the previous stages into practice.
In this phase, Grace Intel’s coaching empowers clients to develop actionable plans tailored to their specific goals and challenges. Clients are encouraged to break down their objectives into manageable steps, creating a roadmap for progress. The emphasis is on making consistent, measurable, and purposeful strides towards the desired outcomes.
Through ongoing support and guidance, clients are motivated to take initiative, tackle obstacles head-on, and persevere through setbacks. This step is all about momentum, keeping the energy and commitment levels high to sustain progress.
The action-oriented approach helps clients build confidence as they witness tangible results, reinforcing their belief in their abilities to create positive change. Step 4: Coaching Styles and Statement of Faith:
- The most common coaching style you may observe is the “SMART” system.
- S.M.A.R.T Style Goal Setting. Components of this dynamic will be covered in your introductory coaching session or small group.
- Grace Intel’s coaching is based on the blueprint of the Word of God.
- Typically, the New King James Version of the Bible is referenced.
- I encourage you to keep an open mind to new and different ways of applying helpful tools in your journey.
