Members information is always regarded as confidential, and your contact information is used for the sole purpose of communication with Grace Intel Coaching. Your privately shared information will be held in strictest of confidence by your Life Coach. And every member of the Circle of Grace Community (CGC) has previously agreed to the Confidentiality Clause Statement upon signing up for membership to CGC
*Note:
1. Grace Intel Wellness Coaching is a Christian Based Coaching Service which means, the blueprint of coaching used comes from the personal interpretation of principles taught through the Word of God in the Bible and I prefer the New King James Version as well as the New American Standard Bible. A lot of my life experience has come from inner rooms in the recovery life. Both Christian and secular led small groups and counselors.
2. By law, any claims of intent for “self-harm” will be reported to proper authorities.
3. Member’s Confidentiality will be protected by each HSS.
a. What is shared in this group stays in this group.
b. Discussions among members will need to be exclusive to their individual work
and everyone agrees not to share other members personal information that was shared of discussed. This is Gossip and will be cause for immediate removal from HSS membership.

4. Any participant signing up for membership to services and if anyone discovers the need to seek additional help for areas of extreme trauma or mental illness it is imperative the member agree to seek out the professional help of a counselor or psychiatrist.
5. Once a discussion via Q&A online or in scheduled small groups ends, each member agrees to allow the Lord to work in each members life. That means we help with the
BOULDERS of each person’s life, and there is no place for RESCUING or ADVISING our members during communications privately or in small groups.
6. Every member holds to sharing only from their own personal experiences using “I” statements around affirming another member inside or outside of the small group coaching sessions.
7. Please see the attached Fruitful Guidelines as an excellent tool to practice during our sessions.
